Important Notice Regarding Form 1095-C Delivery
Beginning in 2027, we will transition to a paperless process for distributing Form 1095-C. Printed copies will no longer be automatically mailed to employees.
Instead, your Form 1095-C will be available electronically through Employee Online, the same platform where you currently access your paystubs.
Active employees will receive an email notification to their Boise School District account when the Form 1095-C is available in Employee Online (typically late January).
If you prefer to receive a printed copy, you may request one at no cost. Email Benefits@boiseschools.org or call (208) 854-4074, option 3 to request a paper copy.
