Just sign in at regence.com, select Regence Empower, and start exploring your personalized health goals.
Be sure to complete your preventive wellness exam and age-appropriate cancer screenings between September 1st and August 31st to qualify for applicable rewards. Please allow up to 60 days for processing, and plan accordingly so your screenings are completed and reported before the plan year ends.

Here's how it works
Complete your preventive wellness exam and age-appropriate cancer screenings between September 1st & August 31st. Please note that processing may take up to 60 days, so it's essential to complete your exams and screenings with enough time for them to be processed before the end of the plan year (August 31st).
Regence will process the qualifying exams and screenings which will be reported to your Regence Empower account for applicable rewards.

If you complete an exam or screening after July 1st, check the status of your claim through your regence.com account or the Regence app by August 1st.
If the claim has been processed, check your Regence Empower account to verify the status of your reward and redeem your reward(s).
If you don't see your reward by mid-August, you can contact Regence Customer Service to request that credit be manually issued.
Please note that rewards cannot be carried over from year to year or transferred to anyone else. The Regence Empower rewards program will reset on September 1st.
