Boise School District offers competitive salary schedules based on position type, experience, and education. Use the links below to view the current pay scales for certified, classified, and administrative roles. These schedules help ensure equity, transparency, and support for professional growth.
To receive credit for completed academic coursework that qualifies for advancement on the salary schedule, professional employees must submit official transcripts to Human Resources no later than October 1st. Transcripts must be date-stamped by HR on or before this deadline to qualify for retroactive pay to the start of the school year.
Transcripts received after October 1st will be applied to the following school year.
