Administrative Job Pool
The Boise School District uses a pool-based system for hiring applicants into administrative vacancies. The administrative pool is posted on our Job Postings web page around the beginning of each calendar year to hire for the following school year. To receive consideration, you must add the administrative job pool to your administrative application in addition to completing the administrative application and submitting the required supporting documents.
Required Supporting Documents
The following is a list supporting documents that must be submitted in addition to your administrative application. You may submit these materials within the application and/or email them to employment@boiseschools.org.
Valid Idaho or out-of-state Administrator’s Credential
Three (3) recent professional references using the District Confidential Reference Form (electronic format; accessible within the application)
Transcripts from all colleges attended (unofficial accepted)
Master's Degree
Resume - per district policy, please do not include photo(s) on your resume
Screening Interview
Selected administrative applicants who have completed the required steps outlined above will be contacted to schedule a screening interview. Please note, screening interviews are offered based on District need only.
