Workers' Compensation

Workers' Compensation Overview

All employees are covered by Workers’ Compensation insurance, which may compensate employees for lost time, medical expenses, and loss of life or dismemberment from an injury arising out of or in the course of work. If an employee is injured at work, they are required to report the incident to their supervisor immediately. An injured employee may need care beyond what can be provided at the worksite. If this is the case, the employee is required to visit one of the approved Designated Occupational Health Care Providers listed below.
