Complete the District’s Retirement Form.
Complete the Early Retirement/Resignation Notice Stipend Packet.
The Benefits Team will send you additional paperwork to complete. This will happen about 6 weeks prior to your last day worked.
Complete the Exit Questionnaire.

Once your retirement estimate has been received, contact PERSI at (208) 334-3365 to order a retirement application kit.
Once your retirement application kit is completed, contact PERSI at (208) 334-3365 to make a retirement appointment.
