Complete the Early Retirement/Resignation Notice Stipend Packet.
The Benefits Team will send you additional paperwork to complete. This will happen about 6 weeks prior to your last day worked.

Social Security & Medicare - You will need to contact the Social Security and Medicare offices two (2) months prior to your retirement date.
