Biometric Screenings Update: Next Steps for Wellness Plan Eligibility
Boise School District onsite biometric screenings have concluded and are no longer being offered.
Eligible employees and retirees under age 65 who have not yet completed a biometric screening must now schedule an appointment with their personal healthcare provider. Please take the required biometric screening form to your appointment so your provider can complete it.
Completed forms must be submitted to Saint Alphonsus and received no later than March 31, 2026.
Completion of a biometric screening remains the only requirement to opt into the Regence Wellness Medical Plan, which offers lower premiums, copays, and deductibles. Screening results are not shared with the District.
